REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Mad Hare Press LLC
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 26, 2025
1. Artwork Sales
-
All sales of original artwork and prints are final.
-
Due to the nature of hand-pulled printmaking, each piece is unique. Variations in ink density, paper texture, plate impression, and coloration are natural parts of the printmaking process and are not considered defects.
-
We carefully package and inspect all artwork before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
-
Damaged artwork will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement item will be sent upon return of the damaged item.
-
No refunds will be issued — only an exchange for the same item (if available).
-
If the original item is no longer available, additional options will be discussed with you individually.
-
2. Workshop Registrations
-
All workshop registrations are non-refundable.
Due to limited class sizes and advance preparation, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. -
If you experience a documented emergency (such as a serious illness, injury, or unavoidable family emergency), please contact us at thehare@madharepress.com as soon as possible.
-
In such cases, at our discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future workshop.
-
-
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
-
Transfers: If you notify us at least 7 days before the workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to a future workshop, subject to availability and approval.
3. Cancellations by Mad Hare Press
-
If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, you will be offered either:
-
A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer your registration to a future session.
